For business development we have a regular Sales and Marketing division of the company.
Modality of Work:
a. Maintain a data bank on export/import of Bangladesh and potential customers’ list (Manufacturer, importer/exporter, ... buying house), Freight rate chart. Also regular market study on the activities of competitor companies.
b. Regular sales canvass to potential customers offering joint service to the respective country.
c. Prepare sales report in prescribed format and submit to division head.
d. Send sales lead to respective destination partners for their canvassing of joint service to the customer.
e. Hold by weekly meeting of marketing section to review and progress of sales campaign; make next week’s plan & strategy.
f. As and when possible meet the visiting overseas buyers/customer to offer service basis on the tips of shipper/.respective overseas partner.
g. Make overseas visit time to time to meet the customer in collaboration with respective country partners.
We have good understanding and relation with the ports, customs, associated shipping lines and airlines, which are needed to provide better service and competitive rate.
